Dal Gosht is a delicious, comfort dish prepared out of lamb or mutton that is cooked to a soupy consistency by using a variety of lentils and spices. Dal and spices give a twist to your usual mutton curry and taste delicious. Serve the comforting Dal Gosht along with Tawa Paratha.

Dal Gosht Masala recipe is a combination of chana dal, mixed with a few other dals, and gosht which is mutton with dal which is a very wonderful combination of one of the aromatic Mughlai recipes.
